Humanitarian Aid & Community Resilience (HACR)
At the heart of RSF’s mission, HACR responds to crisis and builds strength for tomorrow. It includes Anti-Human Trafficking and Safe Migration, protecting people from exploitation while helping them rebuild with dignity.
